Junior Team Results
Congratulations to all the players who formed part of our 6 Junior Teams this summer competing in the Middlesex League. All matches have now been played and the teams ended up in the following positions:
8&U- 2nd Place
For many of the team it was their first season competing, so a huge well done on finishing in second place. There was some strong, experienced competition along the way. Well done to Jack, Winnie, Jai, Blake, Saul, Eitan, Emily & Adam.
9&U - 4th Place
A great mix of experienced players and those new to Orange balls, all of whom who battled hard in every match. Some tough lessons were learnt with most of the matches only being decided by the doubles. Congratulations to Alfie, Samuel, Gabriel, Samuel, Nadav, Aadi, Patrick & Raameen.
10&U- 3rd Place
Well done to everyone who played. The season started strongly with 4 very convincing wins against other local clubs. They had some tough competition against both teams who ended up finishing 1st and 2nd, but no matter the result, great tennis was played by all. Well done Charlie, Carmen, Aaron, Joe, Caitlin, Zain, Aadi & Arjan.
12&U Boys - 1st Place
It was great to see how the boys bounced back after a tough winter league. It was a real team effort with all the boys playing a similar number of matches and fighting hard throughout the season. An amazing result to finish top of the league. Huge congratulations to Rowan, Maxime, Sam, Jaap, Ed, Clark, Jack & Sam.
16&U Girls - 1st Place
This is the second year in a row that our girls have finished top of their league; an amazing achievement. Congratulations to Louise, Annelise, Lauren, Lindsay, Anna, Aanya & Evelyn who kept great composure throughout all the matches and most importantly always having so much fun on court with each other.
16&U Boys - 1st Place
This is only the second year we have run a 16&U boys team so it was a great result by all those that played. The season started off on a tough note but the boys did brilliantly to pull through and pick themselves up for the remaining few matches, getting some wins against some very experienced players. A brilliant result by Sebastian, Demi, Jack, Oscar, Michael & Alp.
