- Classes available for 3 - 16 year olds
- All sessions will be run by one of our LTA qualified coaches
- All player/coach ratios are kept well within the recommended LTA guidelines 
- Indoor space available in bad weather

ADULT PROGRAMME

Cardio tennis 

The ultimate high–energy workout and is a great alternative to the gym, whilst improving your tennis skills at the same time! The class is suitable for any standard of play whilst burning up lots of calories per session. 

Monday 9.30 – 10.30am

Beginners

An excellent introduction to tennis and refresher course for those who have not played for some time.
It provides players with a sound knowledge of all the basic strokes and tactics, including topspin groundstrokes, volleys and serves. 

Tuesday 9.30 – 10.30am

Improvers
Designed for more experienced players who want to add something new to their game. Not working so much on their basic shots, but teaching more specialized strokes, positioning and tactics. 

Wednesday 10.00 – 11.00am

Sunday 3.30 – 4.30pm

Coffee Morning
A healthy mix of doubles matchplay, coaching tips and socialising! 
Players are rewarded with some well-earned coffee and biscuits to enjoy together, all included in the price.

Thursday 9.15 - 10.45am

Team Training
Gives team members and those members wishing to play in a team, the experience of training together. 

Ladies:
Monday 2.00 - 3.30pm (1st - 4th team)

Tuesdays 7.30 - 9.00pm (1st & 2nd team)
Friday 9.30 - 11.00am (all welcome)

Mens:
Saturday 12.00 - 1.00pm (all welcome)
