Club AGM 2024

The 2024 AGM is due to be held on Sunday 24th November 2024 at 6pm at the Club House.  The agenda is below.

At the AGM this year we will be voting for a new Board member to take up the position of Hon. Club Secretary. As this is a contested vote with two candidates nominated we will be adopting the following process.

• Each adult member (aged 18 or over) attending the AGM in person will have one vote.

• Each adult member attending the AGM in person will have one proxy vote available to them (as per our constitution). If you are attending the AGM and intend to represent another member’s vote please bring to the AGM meeting proof that you have been requested to be a proxy. This proof of proxy voting can be provided by email, text, WhatsApp etc…  The proxy can leave to you the choice of how to vote or can require that you use the proxy to vote for a particular candidate.
