Prime Minister's Statement

You will all have heard the PM mention the possibility of sport being playable amongst members of the same household from Wednesday. Any decision regarding re-opening the club for play will be made by the tennis committee and the club board, taking into account the guidance supplied by the LTA.

Following the PM's statement, the LTA has stated that they are in discussion with the government as to what this should mean regarding tennis. We hope that we will learn the government’s response and the consequent LTA’s initial guidance to tennis clubs before Wednesday. We will keep you informed as to how the club will act in the light of this guidance.
